You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake. See the refund policy.

What if my cat ignores catnip or silvervine?

Some cats do not react, and there is no way to know until you try. If your cat shows no interest within 30 days of delivery, email us a short photo or video and we will give you store credit for that item. You do not need to send it back. One claim per household.

How does shipping work?

Our toys ship directly from our supplier partners. If your order has items from more than one supplier, they ship separately and may arrive in separate packages. We ship within the United States only. Shipping cost depends on the items in your cart, and some orders qualify for free standard shipping at higher totals. What if something arrives damaged?

Let us know within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Choose toys that suit your cat's size and play style, supervise play, and remove any toy that is damaged. Put wand toys away after play, since cats can swallow string and feathers. No toy is indestructible.
